General Specifications of the DVP 200 Vacuum Pump
This pump is equipped with a 1.5-inch suction inlet and a 2-inch air outlet.
The overall dimensions are as follows:
Length: 82 cm – Width: 50 cm – Height (including dust filter installation): 55 cm.
This pump can tolerate approximately 2.5 liters of water vapor per hour and discharge it through the gas ballast valve.
Performance and Ultimate Vacuum of the DVP 200 Vacuum Pump
The pump is equipped with a built-in check valve that prevents air from flowing back into the system after shutdown.
The DVP 200 vacuum pump generates vacuum through the centrifugal force of the vanes and the rotational movement of the rotor. The ultimate pressure produced by this pump is 0.5 millibar.
Compatibility with Space and Vacuum Tanks
To accurately determine which vacuum pump is suitable for your production line, factors such as pipeline length, pipeline diameter, potential leakage during operation, and daily operating hours are important.
In general, under standard conditions, this pump is suitable for transferring materials with viscosity similar to water up to heights of 4 to 5 meters.
It should also be noted that factors such as the volume of material selected for transfer must be considered when choosing the pump type.
If the required process necessitates using the pump together with a vacuum tank, under standard conditions we recommend connecting the DVP 200 vacuum pump to a 1500 to 2000-liter tank.
Please note that using a backup pump increases the service life of the vacuum pump and prevents potential production line damage caused by unexpected system failure.
