General Specifications of the DVP 160 Vacuum Pump
Required space including the dust filter:
Length: 80 cm – Width: 48 cm – Height: 55 cm
Inlet size: 1.5 inches
This pump is capable of evacuating a 5 cubic meter chamber to its nominal ultimate vacuum in approximately 2 minutes.
Performance and Ultimate Vacuum of the DVP 160 Vacuum Pump
The operating mechanism of the DVP 160 vacuum pump, like other Dezpart products, is oil-sealed rotary vane.
The rotor and stator are made of wear-resistant cast iron alloy. The vacuum vanes used in this product are made of resin-based microfibers with heat-resistant and wear-resistant properties, and they are also resistant to petroleum-based materials.
Compatibility with Space and Vacuum Tanks
To achieve an optimal vacuum system with the DVP 160 pump, note that if the vacuum operates under humid conditions, a moisture separator or refrigerated dryer must be installed before the pump inlet and the vacuum tank.
In addition, the DVP 160 vacuum pump can tolerate vapor up to approximately 2.5 liters per hour, preventing potential damage to the pump in humid operating conditions.
The gas ballast valve installed on this pump is responsible for moisture discharge. If using a vacuum tank, in addition to the points previously mentioned for the DVP 80 and DVP 100 pumps, attention must be paid to proper sheet thickness and material alloy. In humid conditions, it is recommended to use galvanized sheets.
The Dezpart DVP 160 vacuum pump is one of the company’s best-selling products across various industries. As of Farvardin 1399 (March 2020), more than 1,800 units of this product were operating in factories and industrial centers across Iran.
Some of these industries include: wood machinery industries, stone processing industries, insulator manufacturing, rubber industries, disposable container production machinery, central hospital equipment, vacuum-based material transfer industries, and vacuum lifting systems for moving various parts.
